房間是很不錯的，寬敞的小別墅，洗手間也有兩間，最多可以住到6人。度假村整體還在建設狀態，部分度假屋還沒建好，路是非常的爛都是積水，進了房間就沒出來過了，配的停車位略小。房間裡設施還比較新，廚房是很齊備的，煮飯很方便，電烤爐也有，還能蒸龍蝦。垃圾一定要自己收拾好。

There was no hot water in the shower and we couldn’t take a bath. There was no heater in the room either . It was quite small for 2. We couldn’t change a room as the reception closes after 6 pm. You also have to throw your own trash and ensure you do not leave a big mess or the security deposit will be forfeited $100 for cleaning.

我在雨夜趕到時，因為園裡沒有燈，還到處是水坑。找到房間很是費勁。前台服務特別好，吃完晚飯特意趕過來辦入住。每個房間都有空調。設施也很新。但是。有好多蟑螂。入睡前就踩死了6個。所以睡的並不安穩。

Booked a cabin with complete amenities. Spacious and clean. Friendly staff at the counter with easy check in and out. They charged a deposit of 250AUD, which is quite high for one night stay, but received back the deposit a few hours after checked out.

The room was compact but cozy , furnishing was well done despite the small size . Only microwave available to cook your meals . Check in was a bit of hassle as they require the card details before checking u else no late arrivals. Luckily staff was responsive and provide good assistance

Terrible communication from staff, we called to let them know we would be checking in out of hours and followed their protocols. We were never sent any codes or OOH contact numbers. I had to interrupt another guest to get a contact number. When I called, I was provided with the wrong code twice, whilst someone condescendingly told me I was putting in the code wrong over the phone. No apologies were given for lack of communication. No WiFi details were given. TV wouldn't work without WiFi, so no point in having it. Pictures taken are using a fish eye lens, so we were disappointed by room size, at least everything was clean. Curtain is not big enough, so people can see in at an angle if they wanted... Even on check out, nobody at reception ~09:30 (hours 9-6) so we called again, and were rudely told to use the key drop box, even though it's labelled as out of hours key drop. Spent the last month using various Holiday/Campervan Parks, and this was by far the worst check-in experience.

Worst experience ever had no towels in room after check in , check in also wasent until 2pm and after travelling 3 hours with a 2 and half old newborn he was due for feeding soon the staff was overall rude and no help with anything , not just that they had known I had a newborn and when asked for and extra towel for him they told me I’ve got too many people in my room when it was stated it was for and infant and still that did not change the outcome even then knowing it was free of charge for and infant but then came up with the excuse you only get 2 towels supplied for your stay in total of 7 days fir 2 people which is also really unhygienic considering the place was riddled with mold and they would of known that
